WELCOME to Fanlobbus Union of Parishes

We serve the parish areas of Coolkelure, Drinagh, Drimoleague and Dunmanway in the rural West Cork region. The main industries are agricultural based, such as dairy farming; and there are also farmers' cooperatives, creameries, and many local shops, and other businesses.

The town of Dunmanway is at the heart of the Union and can be located on the main road between Bandon and Bantry, and is an ideal place for centring a holiday if seeking to explore this beautiful and varied area. Coastal roads and towns are a short driving distance away, and the welcome and hospitality are warm.

Click News for the latest Diocesan Magazine notes from Fanlobbus Union. Deadline for items for the Diocesan Magazine is usually 15th of the Month (only one magazine over July and August)

All notices and items to be given to the Rector.

Confirmation 2012:

The date of the service is Sunday 20th May 2012, at St Matthew's, Drimoleague; Bishop Paul Colton will preside.  11.00am.
